• Syllabus files you upload for processing
• Google Calendar access to create events

• Authenticate your identity through Google
• Process your syllabus files to extract calendar events
• Add events to your Google Calendar with your permission

Data Storage and Security

• We do not store your syllabus files permanently
• We do not store your Google Calendar data
• All processing happens in real-time and data is discarded after use
• We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our functionality:

• Google OAuth & Calendar API: For secure authentication and calendar integration
• AI Processing Services: For intelligent analysis and extraction of calendar events from syllabus text using advanced language models
• Cloud Hosting Services: For secure hosting, deployment, and content delivery of our application

Important: When you upload a syllabus, the text content is processed by third-party AI services to extract calendar events. We do not store your syllabus files permanently, and all processing is governed by our service providers' data usage policies.

Your Rights

• You can revoke access to your Google account at any time
• You can delete any calendar events created by our app
• You control what information you share with us
